QHSSE Technician

The QHSSE technician is the person who implements the company’s quality, safety and environment policy in the field and the resulting risk prevention measures.

He/she also raises awareness among all the company’s staff of the issues related to his/her areas of expertise and provides day-to-day support in terms of QHSSE risk analysis and assessment for both employees and external companies. He/she carries out internal audits and assesses compliance with regulations and standards.

Working environment

The QHSSE technician works during the day and collaborates with all the company’s departments.

The QHSSE technician ensures that the QHSSE policy, regulations, standards and product quality are applied. He/she develops action plans in his/her fields, draws up procedures and monitors them. He/she analyses accidents and/or incidents and draws up reports.

The QHSSE technician proposes solutions for improvement and trains staff. He/she is an internal auditor and plays an active role in certification processes.

With a keen sense of observation and anticipation, the QHSSE technician ensures that everyone’s behaviour is in line with the company’s internal approach.

A good teacher with excellent interpersonal skills, he/she helps to improve working conditions.

Their listening skills and ability to negotiate enable them to implement actions with both employees and management.

Skills and qualifications

DUT, Bachelor’s degree in organisational management, specialising in quality, safety and the environment.
