Alsace, more than just a destination, a way of life
Thursday 4 April 2024 saw the launch of the “Bien en Alsace” regional employer brand created by ADIRA – the Alsace Development Agency.
This project, which began in September 2021, now has almost 40 companies that have signed the Charter of Commitments, with the participation of 4 pioneering territories: the Strasbourg Eurometropolis, Saint-Louis Trois Frontières, Pays Rhin Brisach and Haguenau.
Driven by a desire to represent their region and their company, all the signatories are committed to shared values and are working to make Alsace a more attractive place to work, which is one of the keys to attracting and retaining talent.
The employer brand is structured mainly around the employee career path, which starts as early as orientation, in order to encourage vocations, through to recruitment, not forgetting the integration and retention of the talent that arrives in our region.
