What is the Gender Equality Index?

The 100-point index comprises 4 indicators for companies with fewer than 250 employees:
– The gender pay gap,
– The gap in the distribution of individual pay rises,
– The number of female employees receiving a pay rise when they return from maternity leave,
– Parity among the 10 highest earners.

For 2024, our equality index is 93/100:

  • Pay gap indicator: 39/40
  • Indicator relating to the gap in the rate of individual increases: 35/35
  • Indicator relating to the % of employees having received a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave: Not calculable as no employee has returned from maternity leave
  • Indicator relating to the number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 employees with the highest salaries: 5/10
