For one day, a number of Blue Paper employees had the time of their lives!
On Tuesday 23 April, as part of a bilateral exchange with the CESI school in Strasbourg, we welcomed a group of 24 students on a master’s degree in “QSE performance management”, accompanied by their teachers.
These students, divided into 6 groups, audited all the company’s processes in accordance with the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental standards.
The discussions were intense and the feedback at the end of the day was interesting.
The students were able to identify good QSSE practices at all levels, but they also noted a number of areas for improvement.
At the end of the day, Blue Paper will have taken part in the field training of these students, who in turn took part in carrying out our internal audits.
It was a win-win situation, and we’d like to do it again!
