Conditional maintenance technician

You will have a sound knowledge of industrial maintenance (electricity, instrumentation, mechanics), electrical engineering and automation, and ideally a good grounding in mechanics. Ideally, you will have carried out vibration analyses and already worked in the field of conditional maintenance (vibration analyses, etc.)Are you able to intervene independently if necessary? Are you able to anticipate the needs and problems of your activity? Are you able to put forward proposals for the continuous improvement of maintenance activities? If you answered yes to all these questions, we’re made for each other! Reporting to the Team Leader, your daily tasks will focus on the following areas:-Analysing and diagnosing the causes of breakdowns, finding solutions to malfunctions and carrying out repairs as quickly as possible, – Carrying out vibration data collection for the machine fleet, – Analysing this data, as well as that from the on-line data collection system that equips the entire paper machine (with around 350 measurements), in order to diagnose the vibration behaviour of the equipment and plan corrective maintenance work,- Taking into account, analysing and carrying out the work orders assigned to you, while proposing solutions for improving the process systems for which you will be responsible, and more specifically condition-based maintenance, – Advising maintenance managers on the actions to be taken to improve equipment reliability, – Taking part in new work carried out in your area of activity and keeping technical documentation up to date (CAM, electrical diagrams, etc.), – Setting up the resources needed to carry out the workparticipate in the development strategy for Predictive Maintenance by identifying and communicating the opportunities detected.

Profile:

– 2/3 years’ higher education in physics or industrial maintenance with 2 to 5 years’ experience in maintenance-adjustment, vibration analysis, in the industrial electrical engineering field – Office skills: Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook – Electrical qualifications: LV and/or HV depending on the nature of the work carried out – 3A / 3B MEWP – ATEX worker – Work at height
